Example Definitions of "Actionable Event"
Actionable Event. Any default in any of the obligations of, and/or ---------------- breach of the representations and warranties made by the Pledgor under the Interim Loans and/or the Guarantee Agreement dated as of October 4, 2001 entered into by and between the Pledgor and LoJack (the "Guarantee Agreement"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit I, including any event that causes the acceleration of the amounts due under the Interim Loans;
