Active Compound

Example Definitions of "Active Compound"
Active Compound. Means an ArQule Compound that exhibits significant functional activity against a Target, as determined by SB in a manner consistent with the manner SB uses to evaluate other similarly situated compounds being developed by SB within the Field.
Active Compound. Means any ArQule Compound, GTC Compound, Other Compound, or Analog Compound which exhibits confirmed significant functional activity against a GTC Target in a primary screen, as determined by the Research Committee in accordance with Subsections 3.4.3. or 3.4.4.
Active Compound. Any ArQule Compound, Targeted Compound, or Analog Compound which exhibits confirmed significant functional activity against an ACADIA Target in a primary screen, as determined by the Research Committee.
Active Compound. Any ArQule Compound or Directed Array Compound that exhibits significant functional activity as determined by Searle according to a predetermined threshold set by Searle for each Target consistent with the manner it treats other compounds resulting from its discovery program.
Active Compound. Shall mean an ArQule Compound that has exhibited biological activity against a Target and as to which Solvay has provided the required notice to ArQule under the Prior Agreement or under this Agreement pursuant to Sections 3.2. and 3.4
Active Compound. An ArQule Compound that exhibits significant functional activity against a Target, as determined by Sankyo in a manner consistent with the manner Sankyo uses to evaluate other similarly situated compounds being developed by Sankyo.
