ACTIVE HOMOLOG. (i) any ArQule Compound that exhibits substantial homology with an Active Compound in the same Mapping Array or (ii) any Directed Array Compound that exhibits substantial homology with an Active Compound in the same Directed Array Program, with "substantial homology" determined by Searle in good faith according to predetermined thresholds set by Searle in good faith.
