ACTIVE WORLDS. Means, for the purposes of this Agreement, the computer generated three-dimensional virtual environment accessible at the Activeworlds Web Site where users may create virtual structures and interact in real-time with other users, which environment may be accessed via the Activeworlds Web Site for free as a visitor or as a Citizen upon payment of an Annual Fee.
