Actual Award

Actual Award. The incentive amount earned under the Plan by a Designated or Non-Designated Participant.

Actual Award. Means the number of Shares ultimately credited to a Designated Participant under the Program at the end of a Performance Period based on achievement of applicable Performance Goals and Other Performance Goals, which may be subject to a subsequent additional vesting period set forth in the Award Agreement approved for use by the Committee under the Program.

Actual Award. As to any Performance Period, the actual award (if any) payable to a Participant for the Performance Period as determined by the Committee pursuant to its authority in the Plan and under its charter

Actual Award. The total amount of the Award actually paid to Armata. The Actual Award does not include any CFF funds not expended on the Development Program that are returned to CFF pursuant to Section 1 (a)
