Actual Bonus Amount

Example Definitions of "Actual Bonus Amount"
Actual Bonus Amount. Means the amount (if any), determined on an after-tax basis, of the annual integration bonus paid by the Company to the Stockholder with respect to the twelve (12) month period ending on the Bonus Date. If a Termination of Employment shall occur at any time prior to the Bonus Date and for any reason, the Actual Bonus Amount shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
