Actual FFO

Actual FFO. Shall mean, with respect to any Performance Period, "funds from operations" of the Company as determined with respect to such Performance Period by the Board using a consistently applied methodology that conforms with the standards for computation of "funds from operations" established by the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc.
