Addendum or Addenda

Addendum or Addenda. Shall mean, individually and collectively, the appendices hereto and such other additional appendices as may be added to this Plan at the discretion of the Committee. Each appendix will govern the operation of the Plan in respect of the Designated Subsidiaries in the countries named in the appendix and will be considered part of the Plan.
