Additional Account Parties

Additional Account Parties. The definition of "Additional Account Parties" in Section 2.1 of the Existing Reimbursement Agreement is hereby amended (a) by removing the references therein to "PPL Gas Utilities Corporation," "PPL Wallingford Energy, LLC," "PPL Sundance Energy, LLC," "Tyrone Synfuels, L.P." and "Avon Lake Synfuels" and (b) by adding references thereto to "PPL Solutions, LLC," "PPL Renewable Energy, LLC" and "Lady Jane Collieries, Inc."
