Example Definitions of "Additional Amount"
Additional Amount. Means an amount of cash, Treasury Securities or Cash Equivalents or any combination thereof, which will, with the gross proceeds of the offering and with the anticipated income thereon, provide cash to the Escrow Agent in an amount sufficient to pay the Escrow Redemption Price (which, for the avoidance of doubt, assuming a redemption date of September 5, 2012, shall equal $2,625,000).
Additional Amount.
