Additional Collateral Reserves
Additional Collateral Reserves. A reserve established by Amerisource in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount otherwise available for distribution from Client's Reserve Account; which amount may be reviewed by Amerisource from time-to-time in its permitted discretion.
