Additional Collateral. (i) investments in any mutual fund that invests solely in United States treasury obligations and which is quoted in the Wall Street Journal, (ii) investments in United States treasury obligations, (iii) commercial paper maturing within 180 days from the date of acquisition, issued by any Person having a rating of at least A-1 or the equivalent thereof by Standard & Poor's and at least P-1 or the equivalent thereof by Moody's, (iv) investments in auction rate securities with maturity dates... acceptable to the Issuing Bank and having a rating of at least A or the equivalent thereof by Standard & Poor's or Moody's, and (v) other investments permitted in Petsmart's investment policy and acceptable to the Issuing Bank, including, without limitation, investments specified on Schedule 1 hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time as mutually agreed by Petsmart and the Issuing Bank.
