Additional Consideration Shares

Additional Consideration Shares. Means shares of Common Stock issuable as Additional Merger Consideration (as such term is defined in Section 2.1(c) of the Merger Agreement) or shares of Common Stock issuable as Additional Consideration (as such term is defined in Section 4.4 of each Stock Purchase Agreement).
