Additional Effectiveness Deadline. Means the earlier to occur of (i) the date which is five (5) days after the Company learns that no review of the Additional Registration Statement will be made by the staff of the SEC or that the staff has no further comments on the Additional Registration Statement, and (ii) the date which is one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Additional Filing Date (as defined below), or if there is a full review of the Additional Registration Statement by the SEC, one hundred and fifty (150) days... after the Additional Filing Date. Additional Effectiveness Deadline. Means the date which is forty-five (45) calendar days after the earlier of the Additional Filing Date and the Additional Filing Deadline.
