ADDITIONAL FOUNDERS WARRANTS. Mean the 5,250,000 warrants of the Company initially purchased by SP Acq LLC, one of the Investors, pursuant to the Initial Founder's Securities Purchase Agreement, between the Company and SP Acq LLC (including the underlying shares of Common Stock), of which a total of 500,000 Additional Founder's Warrants were subsequently sold to certain of the other Investors.
