Additional Guarantor

Additional Guarantor. Shall mean any subsidiary of Trans Union that executes a Subsidiary Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.

Additional Guarantor. Shall mean any subsidiary of BZ Intermediate Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and direct parent of Boise Paper Holdings, L.L.C. ("BZ Holdings"), that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.

Additional Guarantor. Shall mean any subsidiary of the Issuers that executes a supplemental indenture whereby such subsidiary becomes a "Subsidiary Guarantor" under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.

Additional Guarantor. Any subsidiary of the Company that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture or the Existing Indenture after the date of this Agreement

Additional Guarantor. Shall mean any subsidiary of the Company or Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.

Additional Guarantor. Any subsidiary of the Parent or the Company that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement, including, without limitation, SPN Fairway Acquisition, Inc. and its subsidiaries that Guarantee the obligations of the Company under the Indenture.

Additional Guarantor. Any subsidiary of the Company that executes a supplemental indenture to the Indenture pursuant to which such subsidiary becomes a Guarantor of the Securities after the date of this Agreement

Additional Guarantor. Any subsidiary of Exterran Corporation that becomes a guarantor of the Securities under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement

Additional Guarantor. Any affiliate of the Company that issues a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement

Additional Guarantor. Any subsidiary of the Company (other than the Guarantors referred to in the preamble) that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of the consummation of the Acquisition
