Additional Guarantor

Example Definitions of "Additional Guarantor"
Additional Guarantor. Any subsidiary of Exterran Corporation that becomes a guarantor of the Securities under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement
Additional Guarantor. Any affiliate of the Company that issues a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement
Additional Guarantor. Any subsidiary of the Company (other than the Guarantors referred to in the preamble) that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of the consummation of the Acquisition
