Example Definitions of "Additional Investment Rights"
Additional Investment Rights. Shall mean rights issued to Initial Investors' further to the Securities Purchase Agreement to purchase additional shares of Common Stock and warrants to purchase Common Stock (all as more fully described in Exhibit B to the Securities Purchase Agreement).
