Example Definitions of "Additional IPO Shares"
Additional IPO Shares. Shall mean any Shares that the Company issues and sells to the IPO Underwriters pursuant to the underwriting agreement relating to the Initial Public Offering in excess of the Initial IPO Shares, but excluding any Overallotment IPO Shares.
