ADDITIONAL MORTGAGE

ADDITIONAL MORTGAGE. Means the additional mortgage with respect to the Company's interest in the Champion #1-H Well, Grimes County, Texas and certain oil and gas leases located in Grimes County, Texas related thereto substantially in the form of mortgages delivered in connection with the Indenture.
