Additional Owned Shares

Additional Owned Shares. Means all shares of Company Common Stock and any other equity securities of the Company which are Beneficially Owned by Stockholder and are acquired after the date hereof and prior to the termination of this Agreement.

Additional Owned Shares. All shares of Company Common Stock and any other equity securities of the Company, which are beneficially owned by Stockholder or any of its Affiliates and over which it has the power to vote and which are acquired after the date hereof and prior to the record date for any meeting of stockholders of the Company or solicitation of written consents of the stockholders of the Company with respect to the Merger Agreement or the transactions contemplated thereby

Additional Owned Shares. All Shares in the Company that are beneficially owned by Stockholder and that are acquired after the date hereof and prior to the termination of this Agreement

Additional Owned Shares. With respect to a Stockholder means all Shares which are beneficially owned by such Stockholder and are acquired by such Stockholder after the date hereof and prior to the termination of this Agreement.

Additional Owned Shares. All shares of Company Common Stock and any other equity securities of the Company which become beneficially owned by Stockholder, the entities listed on Schedule I, or any of their respective controlled Affiliates, after the date hereof and prior to the Expiration Date.

Additional Owned Shares. Shall mean all shares of Company Common Stock and any other equity securities of the Company which are beneficially owned by Stockholder or, solely with respect to any Stockholder that is not an individual, any of its controlled Affiliates, and are acquired after the date hereof and prior to the Expiration Date.
