ADDITIONAL REDEMPTION CAP

ADDITIONAL REDEMPTION CAP. Shall equal $7,500,000, with $1.00 to be deducted from such amount for every $3.00 in Outstanding Principal Amount of this Debenture that is converted or redeemed pursuant to Sections 5(b) and 5(c) or Section 6(a) hereof, respectively. In addition, the Additional Redemption Cap shall be reduced by $1.00 for every $1.00 in Outstanding Principal Amount that is converted or redeemed pursuant to Section 5(d), Section 7(a) or Section 6(b).
