Example Definitions of "Additional Rental"
Additional Rental. Means such sums and charges payable by the Tenant's pursuant to the Leases (other than Minimum Rent and Percentage Rent) including without limitation, expense reimbursement; operating cost pass-throughs; utility charges; common area maintenance charges; charges payable under the REA; administrative charges, real estate and privilege taxes; Roof Repair Fund and insurance cost reimbursements.
Additional Rental. Shall mean the sums payable pursuant to subparagraph 3(a)(2) of this Lease.
Additional Rental. Or "Additional Rent" means Tenant's Proportionate Share of the Operating Expenses that exceed $7.50, per net rentable square foot for any calendar year during the Lease Term as further defined and described in Paragraph 24 hereof. "Additional Rent" or "Additional Rental" may also refer to other costs including those referred to in Paragraph. 7, Paragraph 10.2 and Paragraph 16.2, Paragraph 17 and Paragraph 18.
Additional Rental. 5.3289% of the increase in "Direct Expenses" and 5.1467% of the increase in "Direct Tax Expenses" (as Paragraphs 5D, 5E and 5F define those terms) of the Building over said expenses in the calendar year 2008 (the "Base Year). Provided, however, Tenant shall not be liable for Additional Rent for the first twelve (12) months of the Term. The percentage for Direct Expenses is the rentable square feet of the Premises divided by the Building rentable square footage of 215,055 and for Direct Tax...
