Example Definitions of "Additional Securities"
Additional Securities. All shares of Common Stock and any other security of the Company, any direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Company or any successor thereto, purchased or otherwise acquired by Purchaser after August 16, 2007.
Additional Securities. All shares of Common Stock and any other security of the Company, any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company or any successor thereto, purchased or otherwise acquired by [***] after the Effective Date, including the Warrant Shares; provided that the Warrant and any other stock purchase warrants, stock options, or other rights to subscribe for any security of the Company shall not be deemed to be Additional Securities under this Agreement.
Additional Securities. All shares of Common Stock issued (or, pursuant to Subsection 4.6.1 below, deemed to be issued) by the Company after the Note Issuance Date, other than Exempted Securities.
