Additional Tranche E Lender
Additional Tranche E Lender. Each Person (other than a Renewing Term Lender in its capacity as such) that agrees to make Tranche E Term Loans (an "Additional Tranche E Lender") will, on the Restatement Effective Date, make such Tranche E Term Loans to the Borrower in the manner contemplated by paragraph (c) of this Section.
