Adjusted Adviser ANI. With respect to any period, the sum of (without duplication): (i) Adviser ANI; (ii) minus Incentive Fees (whether realized or unrealized); and (iii) plus (to the extent taken into account to reduce Adviser ANI) performance fee-related compensation.
