Adjusted Award

Example Definitions of "Adjusted Award"
Adjusted Award. An award that is issued under this Plan in accordance with the terms of the Employee Matters Agreement in adjustment of a stock option, restricted share, restricted stock unit or performance stock unit that was granted under a TriMas Plan. Notwithstanding anything in this Plan to the contrary, the Adjusted Awards will reflect substantially the original terms of the awards being so adjusted, and they need not comply with other specific terms of this Plan.
