Adjusted Capital

Adjusted Capital. Shall mean cumulative net proceeds generated from sales of Class J-3 Common Shares, Class S Common Shares, Class D Common Shares and Class I Common Shares (including proceeds from the Company's distribution reinvestment plan (as in effect from time to time)) reduced for Distributions from non-liquidating dispositions of the Company's Investments paid to Shareholders holding Class J-3 Common Shares, Class S Common Shares, Class D Common Shares and Class I Common Shares and... amounts paid to Shareholders holding Class J-3 Common Shares, Class S Common Shares, Class D Common Shares and Class I Common Shares for share repurchases pursuant to the Company's share repurchase plan (as in effect from time to time). Adjusted Capital. Means cumulative net proceeds generated from sales of Class S Common Shares, Class F-S Common Shares, Class T Common Shares, Class D Common Shares, Class F-D Common Shares, Class I Common Shares and Class F-I Common Shares (including proceeds from the distribution reinvestment plan) reduced for any Distributions deemed to be a return of paid-in capital paid to such Shareholders and amounts paid to such Shareholders for share repurchases pursuant to the Trust's share repurchase plan.

Adjusted Capital. For each Member, such Member's Initial Cash Contribution and Additional Contributions (excluding Default Capital until and unless converted to Adjusted Capital or redeemed pursuant to SECTION 5.3.2) reduced by distributions of capital made to such Member pursuant to SECTION 5.7.2.4 and, in the case of Project Adjusted Capital, contributions pursuant to SECTION 3.7.

Adjusted Capital. Means cumulative net proceeds generated from sales of Common Shares to which a Performance Fee applies (including proceeds from the distribution reinvestment plan related to such classes of Common Shares) reduced for Distributions from non-liquidating dispositions of its investments paid to holders of such classes of Common Shares and amounts paid to holders of such classes of Common Shares for share repurchases pursuant to the Company's share repurchase plan.

Adjusted Capital. Means cumulative net proceeds generated from sales of Common Shares (including proceeds from the distribution reinvestment plan) reduced for Distributions from non-liquidating dispositions of its investments paid to Stockholders of Common Shares and amounts paid to Stockholders of Common Shares for share repurchases.

Adjusted Capital. Means cumulative net proceeds generated from sales of Class T Common Shares, Class S Common Shares, Class D Common Shares and Class I Common Shares (including proceeds from the distribution reinvestment plan) reduced for Distributions from non-liquidating dispositions of its investments paid to Class T, Class S, Class D, and Class I shareholders and amounts paid to Class T, Class S, Class D, and Class I Shareholders for share repurchases pursuant to the Trust's share repurchase plan.
