Adjusted Collateral Value

Adjusted Collateral Value. Means, for each type of BOA Investments in the BOA Collateral Accounts, the dollar value that results by multiplying the Investment Collateral Value for each type of BOA Investments in the BOA Collateral Accounts by the applicable Margin Percentage for each such type of BOA Investments.
