Adjusted Libor Rate

Example Definitions of "Adjusted Libor Rate"
Adjusted Libor Rate. A rate per annum equal to two and one-half percent (2.50%) plus the LIBOR Rate for the Interest Period.
Adjusted Libor Rate. For each Interest Period shall mean a rate that is equal to the applicable Libor Rate (as defined below) plus 1.75% per annum.
Adjusted Libor Rate. Shall mean, with respect to any LIBOR Loan, LIBOR divided by one minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage.
Adjusted Libor Rate. An interest rate per annum equal to the rate obtained by dividing (x) the LIBOR Rate in effect from time to time by (y) a percentage equal to one hundred percent (100%) minus the Reserve Percentage for an interest period of one month.
