ADJUSTED MAXIMUM GUARANTY AMOUNT

ADJUSTED MAXIMUM GUARANTY AMOUNT. Shall mean, with respect to any Subsidiary Guarantor, the maximum liability of such Subsidiary Guarantor under this Guaranty, limited to the extent provided in Section 2(d) hereof (except that, for purposes of calculating the Adjusted Maximum Guaranty Amount of a Subsidiary Guarantor only, any assets or liabilities of such Subsidiary Guarantor arising under Section 8 hereof shall be ignored).
