Adjusted Repurchase Price. Shall mean, as of any date of determination (a) with respect to any Purchased Asset that is a Defaulted Asset, the product of (x) the Repurchase Price of such Purchased Asset as of such date of determination and (y) 1.10, and (b) with respect to any other Purchased Asset, the Repurchase Price of such Purchased Asset as of such date of determination; provided that, in each case, for any Purchased Asset denominated in a Currency other than U.S. Dollars, the Adjusted Repurchase Price of such...
