Adjusted Stock Value

Adjusted Stock Value. Means the product obtained by multiplying: (A) the quotient obtained by dividing one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) by the Minimum Parent Average Closing Price, by (B) the Parent Average Closing Price Per Share (without regard to the existence of a Minimum Parent Average Closing Price).
