Adjusted Stockholders' Equity Per Share. The stockholders equity of the Company as determined on a per share basis at the end of any fiscal year as determined by the Company's independent auditors in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as adjusted, excluding from such calculation any increase in stockholders' equity per share resulting from issuances by the Company of its securities or securities of any subsidiary for cash consideration.
