Adjustment Shares

Adjustment Shares. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preamble. Solely in the event that the Bankruptcy Court enters the Estimation Order, the term "Adjustment Shares" as used herein shall be deemed to exclude any amounts due and payable on account of taxes or withholding.
