ADL Consolidated Group

ADL Consolidated Group. Shall mean ADL and each direct and indirect corporate subsidiary, including a member of the Nuvera Group, that is eligible to join with ADL in the filing of (i) for Federal Tax purposes, a consolidated federal income tax return, and (ii) for Combined State Tax purposes, a Combined State Tax Return.
