ADLABS Improvements

ADLABS Improvements. Shall mean any and all changes or modifications to the SUMMUS Code implementing Functional Specifications or 2 Joint Functional Specifications, and including directly related Work Product, but only to the extent such changes or modifications are specifically for performance in the Field and are identified as ADLabs Improvements in the Work Statements executed in connection with the Master Agreement.
