Administration Expense

Administration Expense. The Company's corporate expense before pre-operating costs, PROVIDED, that if Store Contribution exceeds the FY 1998 Store Contribution Percentage, the excess of such amount shall be used to reduce Administration Expense for FY 1998. Administration Expense shall be calculated using the information reflected in the FY 1998 Audited Statements.
