Administrative Claim. Means a Claim for any (a) cost or expense of administration of the Chapter 11 Cases, of the kind specified in section 503(b), including section 503(b)(9), and 507(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including, but not limited to (i) any actual and necessary post-petition costs or expenses of preserving the estates of the Debtors, (ii) any actual and necessary costs and expenses of operating the businesses of the Debtors, (iii) any indebtedness or obligations incurred or assumed by the Debtors in... connection with the conduct of their business, ( iv) amounts owed to vendors providing goods and services to the Debtors during the Chapter 11 Cases, (v) tax obligations incurred after the Petition Date, (vi) all compensation and reimbursement of expenses of Professionals to the extent Allowed by the Bankruptcy Court under Sections 328, 330 or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, whether fixed before or after the Effective Date, and (b) United States Trustee's Fee Claims.
