Administrative Fee

Administrative Fee. One Percent (1%) of the average monthly balance of Outstanding Advances for each calendar month, or portion thereof, due and payable monthly in arrears.

Administrative Fee. Shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2. 7 8 13.6 "ADVANCE" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

Administrative Fee. A fee equal to [*****] percent ([*****]%) of the Patient Payment, charged by VSI for administration of a patient's treatment and payment plan.

Administrative Fee. Means for any Purchase the percentage of the Total Purchased Receivables Amount set forth in the Schedule for such Purchase.

Administrative Fee. Means the fee paid by RN to Upromise for each Qualified Purchase made by a Participating Member, which fee shall equal a percentage of the Qualified Purchase Amount of such Qualified Purchase. The actual percentage will vary depending on the type of Qualified Purchase that is made and whether the Participating Member is a Standard Diner or Preferred Diner, as set forth on Exhibit E.

Administrative Fee. The monthly amount paid to Borrower under, and as defined in, the Participation Agreement.
