Advance Share

Advance Share. Means at any time (a) as to any US Bank a fraction, the numerator of which its unused US Commitment and the denominator of which is the sum of the US Commitments and the UK Commitments and (b) as to any UK Bank a fraction, the numerator of which is its unused UK Commitment and the denominator of which the sum of the US Commitments and the UK Commitments.
