Adverse Drug Reaction. Any adverse drug reaction as defined in the then current edition of ICH Guidelines and any other relevant regulatory guidelines, whether the ADVERSE DRUG REACTION occurs in the conduct of clinical trials or is reported during post-marketing surveillance or any other means.
