Example Definitions of "Adverse Entity Event"
Adverse Entity Event. Shall mean any one or more of the following events: dissolution or liquidation, making a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, filing a petition in bankruptcy, filing a petition or applying to any tribunal for the appointment of a receiver or trustee of its properties, commencing any proceeding relating to itself under any bankruptcy, reorganization, readjustment of debt, dissolution or liquidation law of any jurisdiction, causing to have commenced against it any such proceeding... which remains undismissed for a period of ninety (90) days, indicating its consent to, approval of or acquiescence in any of such proceedings or failing to contest the appointment of any receiver of, or trustee for, it or for substantially all of its properties which shall continue undischarged for a period of ninety (90) days.
