Adverum Expression Elements. Any Expression Element that is: (a) proprietary to Adverum as of the Effective Date; or (b) generated by or on behalf Adverum during the Term independent of this Agreement, in each case that is used by Adverum under the Research Plan or provided by Adverum to Editas for use under the Research Plan.
