Advisor Securities

Advisor Securities. Means the units of Class C Common and units of Preferred Units acquired by the Advisor and will include units of Holdings' Common Units issued with respect to Advisor Securities by way of a split, dividend, combination, exchange, conversion, or other recapitalization, merger, consolidation or reorganization. Advisor Securities will cease to be Advisor Securities when transferred pursuant to a Qualified Public Offering or Sale of the Company. Advisor Securities will continue to be Advisor...
