Advisory Board. The advisory board established by the Board of Directors of the Company to offer the Board and the Company strategic ideas and advice regarding potential businesses expansion and strategy of the Company as mandated from time-to-time by the Board of Directors, including development and location of Rokk3r Hubs, opportunity identification, pilot program identification and execution, deal origination, acquisitions and mergers and representation of the Company and its brand.
