AEG TRANSACTION
AEG TRANSACTION. Shall mean the transaction contemplated by the Purchase Agreement dated as of August 16, 2001, as amended, by and among Liberty AEG, Inc., LSAT, and, only for purposes of the final sentence of Section 6.7(a) thereof, LMC.
