AES. Means any one or more of AES Corporation; AES Southland L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, AES Alamitos, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, AES Huntington Beach, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and AES Redondo Beach, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware.
