Affected Exercise Price

Affected Exercise Price. Means (i) the Exercise Price, (ii) the Adjusted Exercise Price and (iii) each reported Market Price occurring on any Trading Day included in the period used for determining the Adjusted Exercise Price, which Trading Day occurred before the record date or effective date in the case of events referred to in Section 2(b), Section 2(c), Section 3 or Section 4(a) of this Warrant.
