Affiliate or Affiliates

Affiliate or Affiliates. Means, with respect to any Person, any other Person that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Person.

Affiliate or Affiliates. "AFFILIATE" or "AFFILIATES" shall mean any other corporation, whether presently existing or hereafter acquired, which is a member of the Titan Consolidated Group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. The term "AFFILIATE" or "AFFILIATES" shall not include SureBeam or any of its subsidiaries, whether presently existing or hereafter acquired.

Affiliate or Affiliates. Shall mean any corporation or other business organization in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, 50% or more of the voting stock or capital at the lime of the granting of an option under the Plan.
