Affiliated Borrower Loan Agreements. Collectively, the Loan Agreement and Equipment Loan and Security Agreement, both dated as of the date of this Agreement, between Lender and an Affiliated Borrower pursuant to which Lender is making mortgage and equipment loans to the Affiliated Borrower, as the same may be supplemented and amended from time to time.
